To fully engage with our ODP e-learning system, please follow these steps:
Account Creation
- If you’re visiting for the first time, please click on the “Create New Account” button to begin.
- Avoid creating a new account if you believe you already have one.
Account Assistance
- If you have previously created an account and require assistance, please visit our ODP Technical Support page or contact the Help Desk available Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:00 pm at 844-332-2121, or email: support@myodp.org.
Account Creation Process
- Fill out a simple registration form.
- Check your email and click on the verification link sent to you.
- Complete your profile with basic information about yourself.
Once your account is set up, you can begin taking our specialized training courses. After completing a course, please send your certificate of completion to info@delhomecare.com.
